“Through the gaze, unspoken emotions find their purist voice.”


From an eastern, more reserved perspective, this project aims to highlight the ambiguity in the relationship between lovers, especially those of whom must remain silent. Referencing Wai Kaiwei’s movie “In the Mood For Love”, with a combination of denim attires as the main archetypes, through dissecting traditional Asian garments, this project highlights the ways in which people communicate love without the use of verbal language.
